Lisboa, parque das nações

Álvaro Siza's absolutely amazing, super thin hanging concrete roof, built for Expo 98.
I really liked the combination of different colors of tiles and concrete.
Siza is one of my all-time favorite architects. I posted about some of his buildings before: here and here.

ReplyDeletegerade dieses wochenende hab ich die dicke croquis-monografie aus der bibliothek mit nach hause gebracht, damit er mich für mein projekt inspiriert.
leider habe ich ausser dem segel noch nicht viel von ihm "in echt" gesehen.
besonders das erste foto ist ganz toll.
