we were lucky to see NYC from above in the evening sun when we returned from germany in september. it made coming back to our new home a lot easier, and somewhat magical.

Hiki: we flew into Newark, if you fly into JFK I think you mostly just see Lond Island. I think it's the first time I arrived while it was still light though.
